What do I do if Follower Boost isn't working?

First of all, confirm that you have a valid license key associated.

If not, you can get a license key by purchasing a subscription plan directly from the extension inside the Plans tab.

Remember that the extension needs you to have a tab with instagram.com opened and the switch turned On in your dashboard.

If:

• You have a valid license key
• You have accounts on ‘Pending to follow‘
• It has passed 15 minutes after you turned the switch to On and it hasn’t followed any account.

Please, do this:

1. Switch the extension to Off.
2. Close the tab that has Instagram.com opened.
3. Open a new tab and go to Instagram.com.
4. Open the extension and switch it to On.

If this process doesn’t solve the issue, please try this:

1. Open the extension and switch it to Off.
2. Change the Scan Account.
3. Open the extension and switch it to On.

If the error persists, please do this:

1. Open the extension and switch it to Off.
2. Change the Scan Account.
3. Open the extension and switch it to On.
4. Record a screencast (you can use Screencastify or Loom)
